In order to usefully serve as many homes as possible, we aren’t able to offer regular deliveries to all of our customers.
We have emailed all customers with priority access with further information on delivery slot distribution and access, so everybody is clear what’s available to them. If you have received an email from us identifying you as a priority customer, you will be able to access ocado.com quickly. Simply log on to the website to see the availability of slots. We will be updating delivery slots on a daily basis so please check back regularly if you do not see any slots available at the time you log on.
If you've not been notified that you have priority access, you can sign up to be emailed when we're able to offer you a delivery slot by filling out our Contact Us form. In 'Reason to contact', choose 'I am trying to place an order', then in 'My issue is', choose 'I'd like you to email me when you release delivery slots in my area'.
