We would have loved to have kept it live, however, the unprecedented demand we are experiencing has disrupted the system which had worked successfully for years. Our teams are working to resolve the issue and restore the service as soon as possible. Until then you will need to book a delivery slot.
We understand that many of our Reserved customers are some of our longest-standing, most loyal customers so you will continue to hear from us as we implement changes that allow you greater access to delivery slots.
If you’ve received the confirmation email titled ‘Ocado Reserved - Order Confirmation’, then your order has been processed and you will receive it on its delivery date. Unfortunately, unless you received confirmation that your order has been processed, this means that your Ocado Reserved order will not be going out for delivery – including those already placed.
