Why have I got more substitutions or missing items than normal?

We are working closely with suppliers to constantly restock so we can get as much food into as many homes as possible. However, we are experiencing unprecedented levels of demand at the moment and we apologise if you did not receive the exact items you ordered. Please note that our supply chain is not functioning as smoothly as normal so please be more understanding in accepting substitutions. We thank customers for their patience and understanding in these current circumstances.
