I’ve been given priority access to ocado.com but I can’t see any available slots

All customers that have been given priority access will have received an email with details on logging into ocado.com and the availability and frequency of delivery slots.

In a nutshell, when you log in to ocado.com and go to book a delivery, you’ll see availability from the current date, and for at least the next seven days. 

We are constantly releasing new slots – if you don’t see any available slots when you log on, it could be that you’re trying to view too far in advance, or we haven’t released extra slots. Either way, it’s worth checking back to see what we have for you.
