How can I cancel my Smart Pass?

If you wish to cancel your Smart Pass, simply fill in our Contact Us form. This will allow us to prioritise your query and deal with it as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that if you do decide to cancel your Smart Pass you will need to pay for individual deliveries.
