How do I know if I have been given access to delivery slots?

We have emailed all customers with priority access with further information on delivery slot distribution and access, so everybody is clear what’s available to them.  If you have received an email from us identifying you as a priority customer, you will be able to access ocado.com quickly. Alternatively, you can check if you are a priority customer by trying to log on to ocado.com. If you can access the website, it means you have been given priority (although you may still need to queue at busy times).

If you've not been notified that you have priority access, you can sign up to be emailed when we're able to offer you a delivery slot by filling out our Contact Us form. In 'Reason to contact', choose 'I am trying to place an order', then in 'My issue is', choose 'I'd like you to email me when you release delivery slots in my area'.
