Give feedback on damaged items

We’re always looking for ways to improve our service, so feedback is important to us. To give feedback about damaged items, please follow the process in the Refund FAQ. When requesting a refund, you’ll be given the chance to add feedback. 

Regardless of the reason you use for requesting a refund, we always get feedback about all product issues and use that to continually make improvements.
