How do I add a new address to my account?

You can do this under your Account Settings (or 'Settings' on the app). Simply go to your Delivery Address Book (or 'Address Book' on the app) and select to add an address. Then you just have to enter the details of the new address.

If there's an issue that means that we're not recognising your postcode, such as a new-build property, just give us a call on 0345 656 1234 and we'll see what we can do.
