To cancel an order, here's what you need to do:
- On our website or app, navigate to your 'Orders' page.
- Locate the specific order you want to cancel.
- Select the 'Cancel order' option for that order.
Important: If you are currently editing your order in 'Edit mode', you'll first need to discard those changes. You can do this by selecting the cancellation option within your trolley before proceeding to your 'Orders' page to cancel the original order.
You can edit or cancel orders right up to their cut-off time, which is usually the day before the delivery is due. If you need to cancel an order after its cut-off time, please get in contact with us, here. This will allow us to prioritise your query and deal with it as quickly as possible.
Please note: if you cancel after the cut-off time, you may be charged for the perishable items in your order.
