Why do I keep getting 'connection refused' or 'website not found' messages when I try to load ocado.com?

Does it only happen when you're trying to get to ocado.com? Try the following:

1. Load another website just to check if it's specific to us or not. If you get the same message, you'll need to contact your internet service provider.
2. If it's a short link, try adding www. to the start of the web address.
3. If you've tried the above and the message only seems to appear when you're trying to get to ocado.com – please fill in our Contact Us form.
