I added a product that I think is a healthy food, but the discount wasn't applied. What's going on?

First, double-check in Account Settings how much healthy food and drink you've bought this month; you might have already bought £100 worth. (If so, well done!)

If you haven't already bought £100 of healthy food and drink, the discount may not be available yet because the product is newly added to the Ocado range. It can take up to five weeks for Ocado and Vitality to confirm that a product qualifies as Vitality food, which means some new products may not be eligible for the Vitality discount when they're first available at Ocado.
