What information is included in the reminder message?

Coronavirus: please see this page for an update to our delivery process. Until further notice we are not taking back returns after delivery.


As long as you placed your order more than one day in advance, we’ll send you a reminder the day before your delivery that contains your order cut-off time (the deadline for editing your order).

We’ll also send you one on your delivery day to confirm your requested delivery time, name of your delivery person, colour and registration of your delivery van, and your substitutions (if any at all).
