We had to switch off Ocado Reserved a few months ago due to the overwhelming demand crashing the system. We’re pleased to say that we've started the process of bringing this back. Initially, it will be available only to a small number of customers who previously used this service, but we'll gradually roll it out to more customers as soon as we possibly can. This is to ensure customers have the most seamless shopping experience.
All customers, regardless of having previously used Ocado Reserved or not, will need to sign up. It won’t take long: just go to the Ocado Reserved section on Ocado.com and we’ll walk you through it. Your first available Ocado Reserved slot will be in 30 days’ time; after that, we’ll deliver your order whenever you choose.
