Can I change, upgrade or cancel my Smart Pass membership?

If you’d like to upgrade, change or cancel your Smart Pass, please use the Contact Us form. From the drop down menu, select ‘About Smart Pass’. Then select either ‘I’d like to change my Smart Pass membership’ or ‘I’d like to cancel my Smart Pass’. This will help us to field your request properly.

Please remember, if you do cancel your Smart Pass you will need to pay for individual deliveries.
