What do I do if I want to cancel my membership?

You have the option to cancel your Smart Pass membership at any time.

Please get in touch with us via the Contact Us form, so we're able to prioritise your query and deal with it as quickly as possible. When prompted, select 'Reason for Contact' then 'About Smart Pass' and choose 'I'd like to cancel my Smart Pass' from the drop-down menu. 

Please let us know the reason you'd like to cancel your Smart Pass in the, 'Your message' section, we'd really appreciate your feedback.
