Why am I not receiving notifications from the Ocado app?

You may be able to enable push notifications within your phone’s settings. Head to your notification settings, look for ‘Ocado’, then enable ‘push notifications’. 

If you can’t solve this within your phone settings, there’s another way. Simply delete the Ocado app and then reinstall the app through your app store. You should receive a pop-up message on the app, after a couple of minutes, which will allow you to enable push notifications.
