If an item in my order is substituted, will the cost of my delivery change?

Whenever we substitute an item, we charge the price of the item that we are delivering and not the price of the original item that you ordered. We’ll always send you an email (and SMS if you are opted-in) informing you of any substitutions before you receive your delivery.

You are welcome to ask your driver to take back any unwanted substitutions at the door. This means that you won’t be charged for them.
