I’m adding products but cannot see them in my trolley in the app or on Ocado.com

If you can’t see products you’ve added to your Ocado trolley using the Alexa skill, please check the following:

Check you aren’t adding items to your Amazon trolley instead. Before you add items to your Ocado trolley, use the phrase, “Alexa Open Ocado” and then ask "add X to my trolley". This will make sure you interact with your Ocado trolley and not your amazon one.

Check your Ocado account has linked successfully to your Amazon account. For help with enabling the Alexa skill, please read: How can I get started with the Alexa skill?

Give it a try! Once your account is linked successfully, say, “Alexa, ask Ocado to add milk to my trolley”.
