Frozen items are missing from my delivery

Due to a shortage of dry ice, we’ve had to temporarily limit the amount of frozen products we’re able to deliver. We’re hoping to deliver the majority of those already ordered, and are working with suppliers to get things back to normal soon. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.

If any items cannot be delivered with your shop we will let you know with the usual email and SMS (if you’re opted in) delivery reminder. We don’t charge you for your order until your driver has arrived at your door - any missing items will be taken off your final receipt total before you are charged, so you won’t need to contact us for a refund.
